washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last will and
Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore
made by me:
FIRST:I direct my pe~sonal representative,
hereinafter named,to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder
of my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever
nature or description,and wheresoever situated,I give to my
wife,FANNIE B.GOLDEN,to be hers,absolutely,forever.
THIRD:In the event t~at my wife pre-
deceases me,I g~ve,devise,and bequeath all the residue of my
estate,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature
or description,and wheresoever situated,unto my children,
WILLIAM DAUN GOLDEN,of West Pike Run Township,Washington
County,Pennsylv~nia,and FRAl1CES ROMAINE HINERMAN,of Smith
~ownship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,in equal shares,to
be theirs,absolutely,fo=ever.
FOURTH:I name,constitute,and appoint my
wife,FANNIE B.GOLDEN,to be Executrix of this,my Last Will
and Testament;but if my wife shall predecease me I name and
appoint my children,WILLIAM DAUN GOLDEN and FRANCES ROMAINE
HINERMAN,to be Executor and Executrix of this,my Last will and
Testament.
