LAST WILL AND TESTA1ffiNT.
I,MAGGIE BOON DAVIS,also known as 1~RGARET M.DAVIS,
of the City of Washington,Washington County,State of Pennsylvania:
do make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
expressly revoking all prior wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be
paid as soon after my decease as possible.
2.I give and bequeath unto my grandson,JAMES B.
CULBERTSON,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
3.I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter,MARGARET
C.TREMBOUR,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
4.I give and bequeath to my son,WALTER WEIRICH DAVIS,
a sum represented by the amount of his indebtedness to me,evi-
denced by his note in the principal sum of Eight Thousand ($8,000.00)
Dollars,with interest,which said note,and the obligation to pay
the same to~,is hereby bequeathed to him.
5.All of my real estate and all of the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,of whatever description and wherever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,ROBERT W.DAVIS,
JR.,his heirs and assigns forever.
I nominate and appoint my said son,ROBERT WILEY DAVIS,
Executor of this,my last will and testament,but if,for any
reason it should not be possible for him to serve,then I nomin-
~te and appoint his wife,ADELE A.DAVIS,as Executrix of this,
my will.
