memory and understanding,do hereby make and publish this my
Last will and Testament,and revoke all ills by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
2.I hereby give,devise,and bequeath all of my pro-
perty,real,personal,and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever
situate,in equal shares to each of my children,ANTHO~Y lRENO,
LOUIS FRENO,FRA~K ~RENO,ROSE FRENO,JEA ETTE FRO~ENT,DO~ENICK
FRENO,MARY SALITURO,SAMUEL FRENO,NG I E KOHRING,and LUCY
DUDT.
3.I hereby authorize and direct my executors hereinafter
named to sell my dwelling house at 444 ~orth lain Street,Housto ,
Chartiers Township,Pennsylvania,at such price and upon such
terms and conditions as they may deem proper in their absolute
discretion;provided,however,that so long as my husband,JOHN
FRENO,is alive and desires to live in my aforesaid dwelling
house,he shall be permitted to do so and the aforesaid dwelling
house shall not be sold until after the decease of my husoand,
J H F ENO,unless he shall consent to such sale during his
lifetime.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,ANTHONY FRE~,

and my daughter,ROSE FRENO,or the survivor of them,the ex-
ecutors of this my Last ill and Testament,and direct that they
shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in
which they may act.
