I,JOHN DEBOE,of Cecil To~~ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
y Last Will and Testament in the manner 8nd form following,hereby revoking
any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funer~l expenses be
ully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOID:I give,devise and bequeath the home in wricb I now reside,
all the household goods and furnishings oWfled by me,to my con,FRP~K
EBOE,his heirs and assigns forever.It is understood,however,that my son,
RM~K DEBOE,shall pay to my sons,JOill{,JR.,ffi1d STM~LEY,and to my daughter,
ARTHA,their heirs and assigns,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.0))Dollars each.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my est.lte,I give,
evise and bequeath to my children,FRjil~K,JOHN,JR.,STA,iLE;Y and MAR'l'HA,their
eirs and assigns,share and share alike.
