FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,including my gravemarker,if I have not already purchased one,shall be paid from my residuary estate,as soon as practicable after my decease,as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. SECOND:I authorize my Co-Executors,in their sole and absolute discretion,regardless of the effect thereof on any of the interests under this my Will to use administration expenses as deduc- tions for Estate Tax purposes or Income Tax purposes and I direct that there shall be no adjustment of such interests by reason of any such action. THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath my home,the furniture and furnishings therein,and all of the ground on that side of the road (being the easterly side)to my beloved son,WILBUR ABERCROMBIE and ERMA ABERCROMBIE,his wife,as tenants by-the-entireties,their heirs and assigns,absolutely and forever. FOURTH:I give and devise the northerly half of my land lying on the westerly side of the road to my beloved daughter, BERNICE HUBER,her heirs and assigns,absolutely and forever. FIFTH:I give and devise the southerly half of my land lying on the westerly side of the road to my beloved daughter, LOUISE WATSON,her heirs and assigns,absolutely and forever. SIXTH:Should my daughters,or their heirs and assigns, not be able to amicably determine the location of their common boundary line,I direct that my Executor choose an impartial surveyor to make such determination,but with the expense thereof to be borne equally by my daughters,or their heirs and assigns. SEVENTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or wheresoever situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares, share and share alike,to my beloved children,WILBUR ABERCROMBIE, LOUISE WATSON and BERNICE HUBER,their heirs and assigns,absolutely and forever. To expedite the effect of the immediately above paragraph I direct my hereinafter appointed Co-Executors to sell and convert into money all of such assets of my estate and to then distribute such proceeds in the manner immediately above specified. EIGHTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,WILBUR ABERCROMBIE,and my daughter,BERNICE HUBER,Co-Executors of t~is my Last Will and Testament,provided,however,should one of them be unable or unwilling for any reason to serve,I direct that the other be permitted to serve alone,and I direct that they be permitted to serve without bond.
