First.I direct that all of my just deh:s and funeral expenses be fully paid and aatisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease. Second.Provided my wife,Vernice M.Gray,be living thirty (30)days afte:'my death,I devise,bequeath,.and appoint all my property, both real and personal,of whatsoever nature,to which I may be legally or equitably e::ltitled,or over which I now have or :-~ereafter shall have a power of appo:ntrnent,to my wife,Ve:-nice M.Gr2.y,her heirs and assigns,in fee simple,forever. Third.If my wife,Vernice M.Gray,be not living thirty (30)days after my death,then and in t:lat eve::lt,I devise,bequeath,and appoint such p:,operty to Carl V.Cooper,now of l'i'Summit Drive, Millvale,Pittsburgh 9,Pennsylvania,and James M.Church,now of South Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and the sur- vivor of them and their successors,as trustees,to hold be same in trust for my son Robert B.Gray,upon the terms and corditions hereinafter set forth. Fifth.Said trustees she.ll have absolute discretion during the term of the trust hereby created to pay all of the income and any part of the capital or principal to my said son,or at beir absolute discretion to apply the same for his maintenance and support and that of his wife and/or children,if any,but it is my wish and desire bat said trustees shall not pay over or apply the capital or principal at such a rate as will exhaust said capital or principal before Robert B.Gray reaches the age of fifty- five (55)years. Sixth.When Robert B.G:oay reaches the age of fifty-five (55) years,this trust shall terminate,and said trustees shall then pay and distribute the balance of income,capital,and principal remaining to said Robert B.Gray in fee simple. Seventh;If Robert B.Gray shall die before reaching the age of fifty-five (55)years,this trust shall terminate with his death,and at his death said trustees shall pay,if in funds to do so,the expenses of his proper burial,and shall then pay and distribt::te the balance of income,I capital,and principal remaining to the person or persons to whom,and in the shares a:>d proportions in which,my admiristrator would have been I required to pay the same had I died intestate and ?ossessed thereof . immediately after the death of Robert B.Gray. -2- -\ Eighth.I confer upon said trustees,and l:pon my executors hereinafter ::lamed,power at any time to sell any real estate which may at any time form part of my estate for such pr::ces,upon such terms,in such way and mo.nner,and for such interesta a.nd estate3 as may be deemed wise,and to make good deeds therefor,to the p-lrchasers thereof,without any obligatio::l on the latter to see to or be responsible for the application of the purchase money.
