I,MARIA FORNACIARI,formerly MARIA BERTRON,of Crookham,
Union Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full
legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills I
by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay all of
my just debts,funeral expenses,and the expenses of the admini-
stration of my estate as soon after my decease as may be proper
and expedient.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both
real and personal,of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever
the same may be situate at the time of my death,I give,devise
and bequeath the same unto my Daughter,MARTRE S.NAMIE,of
Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,in fee per stirpes.
3.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my Daughter,
MARTRE S.NAMIE,to be the Executrix,of this my Last Will and
Testament.
