LAST WILL and TESTAlffiNT
I,FERNAND M.DINDAL,of Monongahela City,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:-I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.
SECOND:-I give and bequeath unto my grQndson,James
Noel,son of my daughter,Euranie Dindal Noel,my Vagabond house
trailer.
THIRD:-I give,devise and bequeath all the residue and
remainder of my property,both personal and real,whatsoever and
wheresoever,that I now possess,or that I may hereafter acquire
unto my three daughters,namely,Euranle Dindal Noel,Maria Dindal,
and Blanche Dindal Leon share and share alike.
FOURTH:-I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my
daughter,Euranie Dlnda1 Noel to be the Executrix of this my
last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,FERNAND M.DINDAL,the testator,

seal the day of October A.D.1949.
