I,CHARLENE M.Jl.~ES,of West Pike Run Townshi ,Washington
County,Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revokina in full any and all w'lls heretofore
made by me:
FIRST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay
my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my
property,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or
description and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath
unto my.brother,Et~OR M.~ES,of Coal Center,Jashinqton County,
Pennsylvania,to be his,absolutely,forever.
THIRD:In the event that my brother,E~~OR M.P.~ES
shall predecease me,leaving issue,I qive,devise,and bequeath
all the rest,residue,and remainder of my property,whether real,
personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or description,and
wheresoever situate unto the issue of my said deceased brother ~!0
survive me,per stirpes.
~OURTH:I name my brother,E~OR M.~ES,Executor
of this,my Last will and Testament;but in the event that my said
brother is for any reason unatle to serve as my Executor,I name
my nephew,KENNETH E.AMES,of the Borough of West Bro nsville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,Executor of th's,my Last will and
Testament.In no event shall my personal representative be regu'red
to give bond,whether or not he is a resident of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
