County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of
my last illness and funeral be paid out of my estate as soon as may be convenient
after my death.and that a suitably inscribed marker be placed upon the graves
reserved for my wife and I,if the same has not been done during our lifetimes.
SECOND:All the rest.residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal.of whatever nature and wheresoever situate.which I may own
or shall have the right to dispose of at the time of my death.I give,devise and
bequeath unto my dear wife.CLARISSA R.ANTHONY.provided she shall survive
mE.but if she shall have predeceased me.then and in such event.I give.devise
and bequeath the same.in equal shares.unto my two children,PAUL CHARLES
ANTHONY and RUTH ETHEL ROMANI.
THIRD:I direct that all Federal,State and other taxes that
may be assessed in consequence of my death.of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed.with respect to the property forming my gross estate.for
tax purposes.whether or not passing under this Will,including any interest or
penalty imposed in connection with such tax.shall be considered a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid out of my residuary
estate,and that no portion thereof shall be apportioned to or collected from any
legatee,devisee or other recipient of property constituting part of my taxable
estate.

CLARISSA R.ANTHONY.Executrix of this my hst Will and Testament.but
if she shall have predeceased me.or if.for any other reason.she shall refuse
or neglect to qualify as such.then and in such event.I appoint my son.PAUL
CHARLES ANTHONY and my daughter.RUTH ETHEL ROMANI~Co-executors
of this my Last Will and Testament.
