LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARY M.ANGOTT,of R.D.5 Washington ,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all
Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature thereof by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
2.I give and bequeath all my tools and machinery,including
hand tools,and garden tractor and lawnmower,to my sons,Joseph
Angott,Jr.,of 2378 Jefferson Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,and
William Angott,of Mercer,Pennsylvania,to be divided between them
as they see fit.
3.I give and bequeath my 22 caliber pistol to my son,Joseph
Jr.
4.I give and bequeath all of my jewelry and watches except
discussed hereafter to my daughters,Theresa Shuba,of Key Avenue
Pennsylvania,and Diane Allen,of Country Club Road,
Pennsylvania,to be divided between them as they see
5.I direct that my charm bracelet with the names of my grand-
children on it and the set consisting of my wedding band and my
engagement ring be buried with me.
6.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath ,share and share alike,to my aforesaid four

children.In the event that I am predeceased by any of those chi1dr n,
I give,devise and bequeath that child's share to those of his or he
children who survive me per stirpes.
7.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Joseph Ang~tt,J .,
executor of this my Will,and direct that he shall not be required t
enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this my Last Will and Testament,which consists of two pages,to eac
of which I have affixed my signature this 1;1 day of
1975.
Signed,Sealed,Published and Declared by MARY M.ANGOTT,the
above-named testatrix,as and for her Last Will and Testament,in
the presence of us,who at her request,in her presence and in the
presence of each other,all being present at the same time,have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
