I,FLORENCE ATKINS,of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make and publish this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM II.I will,devise and bequeath all my property,real,personal
and mixed to my beloved husband,Dale W.Atkins,with the exception that
it is my will and desire that all my jewelry go to my daughter,Dorothy
Lowstuter of Jacksonville,Florida.
ITEM III.In the event my husband Dale predeceases me or in the
event we die in a common disaster,it is then my will and desire that my
property go to my three children,Dorothy Lowstuter of Jacksonville,
Florida,my daughter;Donald Atkins and Bernard Atkins of the City of
Monongahela,my two sons,in like and equal shares.Should both my
husband and any children predecease me leaving issue it is my will and
desire that such issue take the parents shar e as provided herein.
ITEM IV.In the event my husband predeceases me as provided
herein,I direct that all my real estate be sold by my Executor or
Executors,hereinafter named,at the best price he or they deem obtain-
able at either private or public sale ,and the purchaser thereof shall not be
responsible for the application of the proceeds therefrom.
ITEM V.I nominate and appoint my husband Dale as the Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event that he is unable to
serve,it is my will and desire that my sons,Bernard Atkins and Donald
Atkins or th,e su:r;v.ivors ,.of them,be,the.Executo:r:s of this my Last Will'..,.;
and Testament.I direct that neither of the above named persons shall be
required to give bond or other security in any jurisdiction.

This instrument,consisting of two (2)typewrittenpages,(each
bearing the signature of the above named Florence Atkins(was by her
on the date hereof signed.published'and declared by her to be her
Last Will and Testament.in our presnece.who at her request and in
her presence and in the presence of each other.we believing her to
be of sound and disposing mind and memory,have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses:
