WALTER W.FORDYCE
I,WALTER W.FORDYCE,of R.D.3,Claysville,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereb
make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that the expenses of my last illness
and funeral expenses,and all of my just debts,be paid as soon
after my death as convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,whether real or personal,and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my niece WILLADEAN CLUTTER.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint WILLADEAN
CLUTTER,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITtE SS WHEREOF,I,WALTER W.FORDYCE,tes ta tor,
being unable to sign my name because of infirmity,have had my
name subscribed for me in my presence,and at my direction by
