I,MARY ADAMEK,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do hereby publish and declare this writing as and for my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void,all other Wills or
writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my personal representatives,hereinafter named,
shall first pay from the assets of my estate any obligations that I may owe
at the time of my death and shall also pay all expenses incident to my last
illness,funeral,interment and placing of a grave marker for me.
SECOND:I give and devise the real estate owned by me and upon which I
now reside,being known and designated as Lot No.14 in Block No.36 of
the Union Improvement Company's Plan of the Borough of Donora,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania and improved with two frame houses,in equal
shares,to the following of my children,viz.:Thomas,Margaret and
Bernard,who now reside in Donora,and Mary,Anna,Rose and Richard,
who presently reside in the State of New York.
THIRD:Without in any way intending to direct that they shall be required
to do so,I would be happy,since they are now all single,if they,after my
death,would choose to retain the property as a common home to which all
of those who remain single might return or continue to live in.However,
that is entirely up to them and if they do not choose to do so or they all
cannot arrive at a mutually satisfactory plan to such end,then they shall
just forget such suggestion.Because of such suggestion on my part,I direct
that my household furnishings shall be kept intact for a period of at least
nine months after my death,unless the real estate be sold prior to the
expiration of such period in which event mypersonal representative shall
sell and dispose of such furnishings and divide the net proceeds of such
sale equally among the children to whom the real estate is given by paragraph
·'
"Second"hereof.If at the end of such period the real estate has not been
sold and not satisfactory agreement as to occupancy of such real estate has
been reached,such household furnishings shall be then sold and the funds
resulting equally divided among such children.
FOURTH:I have two other sons,Andrew and Joseph,for whom I have
made no provision,That is in accordance with the express request made
by them because they are devoting their lives to missionary work.
FIFTH:I give and bequeath to Thomas,Margaret and Bernard all U.S.
Steel stock,I own at the time of my death in equal shares.
SIXTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,devise
and bequeath,in equal shares,to the seven children named in paragraph
"Second"hereof.
SEVENTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Thomas,and my
daughter,Margaret,as the executor and executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal

testatrix above named as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the
presence of us,who,in her presence,and at her request,and in the presence
of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
