FERO,alias VERONICA FERO,a resident of the Borough of Charleroi, Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all former Wills,or writings in the nature there of,by me,at any time heretofore made. And as to all of my Estate,real,personal or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath, as follows,to wit:- FIRST:I direct the paYment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral. SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,real,personal or mixed,I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved husband,JOHN FERO,his heirs and assigns,conditioned however,that in the event of his death in my lifetime,or in the event of his death within the period of 6 months after my death, the said devise and bequest of residue shall lapse or be divested, and in either event,I give,devise and bequeath the said residue of my estate in equal shares unto my three children,namely,HELEN MYSHIN,nee Fero,DOROTHY JUNE QUEEN,nee Fero,and THELMA MAE WARMUNDE,nee Fero,their heirs and assigns.I declare it to be my intention that should my husband,JOHN FERO,be living at the expiration of 6 months from the date of my death,the estate hereby devised and bequeathed to him shall vest in him absolutely and in fee simple,free of all conditions. THIRD:I direct that all estate,inheritance and succession taxes on property passing under this my will shall be paid out of the principal of my general estate to the same effect as if said taxes were expenses of administration,and all legacies 1. devises,and other gifts made by this my Will or by any codocil hereto,shall be free and clear thereof.
