the City of Washington,Wash ington County,Pennsylvania,widow of
Cornelius CUrran,who ~ied June 25th.,1923,leaving a will dated
August 23rd.,1907,dUly admitted to probate by the Register of
Wills of Washington County and recorded in Will Book No.37 page
144,do hereby elect to take under the will of TI13'late husband
and hereby accept the estates and interests therein devised and
bequeathed to me,and forever r_elinquish my right as widow to take
against said Will.
