LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
GLEN V.FERGUSON
I,GLEN V.FERGUSON,a resident of Hanover Town-
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named
to pay my just debts, funeral expenses,transfer inheritance taxes
as soon after my decease as convenient.
SECOND:I giv~devise,and bequeath absolutely
untomy wife,EtheI H.Fe r gus0 n ,one- t hi r d (I / 3)0 f my estate.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may
own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease,

to my four children,namely:Louise McDonald,Burgettstown,
R.D.Hl,Pennsylvania;Loraine Manning,Kentucky;Glen V.Ferguson,
Jr.,Florida;and Charles C.Ferguson,Maryland.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint my son,Charles C.Ferguson,to be the Executor of this my
