LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,Marsh Ames,of Beallsville Borough,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,hereby declare the foll~wing to be my Last Will and.,
Testament,revoking any and all wills and codicils by me at any
time heretofore made.
Fi·rst.I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay
all of my just debts and funeral expenses,and the expense of the
administration of my estate as soon as may be convenient after my
decease.
Second.All of the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate which I may 0
or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my children,Richard M.Ames,Charles B.
Ames and Martha Ellen Scott,share and share alike.Should any of
my said children predecease me leaving issue to survive,then I
direct that the share designated for such child shall go to the
issue of said deceased child.
Third.I name and appoint my sons,Richard M.Ames and
Charles B.Ames,as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
