SECOND:I give,devise and pequeath unto my daughter, Freda Graff Kuhl,absolutely and in fee: (a)ALL that certain lot of ground,together with a dwelling house erected thereon situate on the west side of Central Avenue in the Borough of canonsburg, washington County,Pennsylvania,as conveyed by A.A. Rowe,unmarried,to John Graff and Margharitta Graff, his wife,by deed dated May 6,1922,recorded in the Recorder's office of Washington county,Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 500 page 454,together with such rights of way and privileges as were therein granted and subject to the rights of way as therein mentioned;and (b)ALL household goods,furniture,furnishings, books,pictures,paintings,silverware,china ware, jewelry and other articles of personal belongings as may be contained on the premises as described in (a) hereinabove,and known as No.131 North Central Avenue, canonsburg,Pennsylvania;and (c)I direct my executor hereinafter named to payout of the prinicpal of my residuary estates all federal estate,state inheritance or estate and succession taxes imposed upon or with repsect to the property, real or personal,as bequeathed and devised herein to my daughter,Freda Graff KUhl,as it is my express intention that she shall receive said property,free, clear and discharged of any of the aforesaid taxes. THIRD:I direct my executor hereinafter named to sell any ~nd all real estate of which I may die seized or possessed (except L--'.--- J .~... II ••., such as is hereinbefore devised to my daughter,Freda Graff Kuhl),with the written consent of my daughters Anna Graff Granata and Freda Graff Kuhl,at such times,at public or private sale,for such prices and.upon such terms as it shall deem advisable,having regard to the best interest of my estate, and to make,execute and deliver any deed or deeds therefore, conveying title thereto in fee simple,absolute,or for any less estate.
