I,CARMINE DeSANTIS of the Borough of Burgettstown,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature thereof,by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:It is my will and desire that all my just
debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and devise unto CARL DeSANTIS and
MATTHEW DeSANTIS,my sons,the house and lot in which I now reside
at 171 Center Avenue,Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter,
MARY DeSANTIS,the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00)dollars,and all
the furniture and furnishings contained in my house at 171 Center
Avenue,Burgettstown,Pennsylvania.
FOURTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my son,JULIUS
BeSANTIS,the sum of five hundred ($500.00)dollars.
FIFTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter
ANGELINE DeSANTIS INVERSO,the sum of three hundred ($300.00)dol-
lars.
SIXTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter,
ROSE DeSANTIS VALENTI,the sum of three hundred ($300.00)dollars.
SEVENTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter,
GENEVA DeSANTIS BARTOLI the sum of three hundred ($300.00)dollars.
EIGHTH:ALL the rest and residue of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever the same may be found,I here-
by give,bequeath and devise to my sons,Carl DeSantis,Julius
DeSantis and Matthew DeSantis,share and share alike.
NINTH:I have not made any bequests to my daughters
EMILY DeSANTIS MACIOCE and JENNIE DeSANTIS DONOVICH,for the reason
that I have made them beneficiar:tes in my railrOad insurance.
TENTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my son CARL DeSANTIS to be the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,to serve without bond.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,this 18th day of
January,1949.
