I,DALE PAUL FAUSNAUGHT,Widow of Amwell Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind and memory do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills here-
tofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
death as may be convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and whereso-
ever the same may be situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
faithful friends FRED B.LIGHTNER and EDNA L.LIGHTNER,or the
survivor,both of whom now live in Amwell Township.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint FRED B.
LIGHTNER to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament
to serve without bond.If for any reason he is unable to serve,
I then nominate,constitute and appoint EDNA L.LIGHTNER to be
the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament to serve without
bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,DALE PAUL FAUSNAUGHT,have here-
