PETITION The Petition of Mary E.Kerr respectfully shows: (1)Frank Devers died at his residence at Newell, Jefferson Township,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,on June 4,1936, at 2:00 o'clock,A.M.,having first made his Last Will and Testa- ment dated November 20,1926,which was duly probated JUly 17, 1936,and is registered in your office in Will Book 31,page 482, on which letters testamentary were,on the same day,issued to Hallie A.Devers,decedent's widow. (2)The widow,Hallie A.Devers,elected to take under the Will,by election duly filed and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Fayette County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 533,page 1£0. (3)Hallie A.Devers,the Executrix,died January 6, 1938,as appears by the records in your office,without having completed the amainistration of the estate. (4)There remains to be administered in said estate approximately forty (40)shares of Marchand Ferry Company,Coal Centre,Pennsylvania,unadministered. (5)Petitioner is the oldest child of decedent resid- ing in Pennsylvania,and presently resides at 2600 Millburn Street, McKeesport,Pennsylvania.
