Pennsylvania~do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament.hereby
revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of my debts and of
the expenses of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give and bequeath Five Hundred and no/lOa ($500.00)
Dollars to the United Presbyterian Church of Vestaburg~Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I give and bequeath Five Hundred and no/lOa ($500.00)
Dollars to Ethel Wlikens~absolutely.
FOURTH:I hereby authorize and empower my Executor to sell all or
any part of my real estate at public or private sale for such prices and upon
such terms as to cash and credit as he may deem best~and to execute deeds
of conveyance thereof~without liability on the part of the purchasers to see
to the application of the purchase moneys.This power shall not be construed
to work a conversion of my real estate.unless and until the power is actually
exercised~nor shall this power be construed to extend the lien of debts.
FIFTH:I give.devise and bequeath all of the rest.residue and re-
rr.ainder of my estate~real and personal~wheresoever situate.in equal
one-half (1/2)shares to my niece.Mildred M.Anders of Landover Hills.
Maryland and my nephew.Eugene McCleary of Carnegie~Allegheny County.
Pennsylvania~absolutely~their heirs and assigns forever.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate and appoint William V.Roesch~Executor
of this~my Last Will and Testament~and direct that he not be required
