LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,LENA FINDLING,of R.D.#1,Hickory,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM - 1 I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM -2 All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real
and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,Emery C.Findling,
if he is living at the time of my death.In the event my said husband is not
living at the time of my death I bequeath the sum of $500.00 to my grand-
daughter,Nancy Elaine Findling,and the sum of $500.00 to my grandson,
Gary Lester Findling,and I give,devise and bequeath the remainder of my
estate to my son,Lester C.Findling.
ITEM - 3 I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my husband,
Emery C.Findling,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and in the
e vent my said husband is not living at the time of my death I nominate,
constitute and appoint my son,Lester C.Findling,as Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament.
