·LAST.WILL AND TESTAMENT
Signed,sealed,published and declared by ,the
above named Testator,as and for his Last Will and Testament,in
the presence of us,who at his request and in his presence and
in the presence of each other,have hereunto subsaribed our
names as attesting witnesses this
I,JOSEPH ANDY,of 381 Wilbert Avenue,Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,15301,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish,and declare
this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void all other Wills,Codicils or testamentary writings
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment,from my Estate,of my legally
enforceable debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real and personal,wherever situated,and whether acquired before
or after the execution of this Will,to my beloved wife,MARGARET i
ANN ANDY,in fee simple,as her own absolutelYi provided,however,
that if my said wife,MARGARET ANN ANDY,fails to survive me or
perishes in a common disaster with me,then in either event,I
give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real and personal,
and wheresoever situate,to my children,namely:JOSEPH B.ANDY,
GARY ANDY and PAUL ANDY,equally,share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint MARGARET
,ANN ANDY,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal this 2nd
day of July,1976.
