publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereb.v revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funerai expenses be fully paid and satisfied,
as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.,and that a monument of granite
be erected on the ~li lliam H.Crouch lot in Westland Cemetery,Wash-
~ngton County,Pennsylvani~,costing Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250).
I direct that,should it be necessary,enough of my pro)erty be sold
by my executrix to meet all expenses inourred in co~plying with the
above.
Seoond.I will,devise and bequeathe to my sister,Florence
A.Crouch,all my household goods and wearing apparel and she shall
have the use of the house in Charle~oi,WaShington County,Pennsyl-
vania,now occupied by me,for her home during her life time,and,
in addition,she shall have all the income from my estate,both real
and personal,during her life time,provided,however,that the real
estate shall be kept in good repair.
Third.I direct that my sister,~~a Holder,shall have a
h)me with my sister,Flo.:ence A.0rouch,in my Charleroi home prop-
erty at any tine and so long as she may desire.
Fourth.Af the death of my ._ister,Florence A.'rouch,I
direct thut all my pro)erty be sold by my executor and will,devise
and bequeathe the proceeds as follo~s:Twenty-five Dollars ($25)
to my niece,Ella Gertrude Porter;Twenty-five Dollars ($25)to my
nephew,Clinton H0rner;one-fourth of the romainder to my sister,
Anna Smallwood,if living,and,if deceased,to her son William
Smallwood;one-fourth to my brother,rJilliam E.Crouch,if living,
and,if dece'seel,t,)be ~'ivided between his two sons,JJhn •Crouch
