I,HARRY L.GORBY,of South Strabane Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills or papers in the nature thereof heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,
personal and mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situate,to
my wife,Viola B.Gorby,FOR LIFE,and at her death I give,devise
and bequeath all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,to my
daughter,Mary G.Hough,of R.D.#3,Canton Township,Washington,
Penasylvania,her heirs and assigns,provided that she is living
at the time of my wife's death.In the event that my daughter,
Mary G.Hough,is not living at the time of my wife's death,I
give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,personal and mixed,
following the life estate here created in my wife,Viola B.Gorby,
to my two grandchildren,Doris H.Hickman,of Canton Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and Robert D.Hough,of South
Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,share and share
alike.
SECOND:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Mary G.Hough,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and
direct that she shall serve in any jurisdiction without the necessity
of giving bond.
