I,JOHN H.FITCH,of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,do make,publish,and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any
will by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and
form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executrix,here-
inafter named,to pay all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder
of my estate and property,real,personal,and mixed,of
whatsoever nature and kind,and wheresoever situate,I
)
will,give,devise,and bequeath in equal shares,share
and share alike,unto my three children Margaret N.Fitch,
Grace A.Fitch,and Arthur J.Fitch,in fee simple and
absolutely.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute,and appoint
my above named daughter Margaret N.Fitch as Guardian of
the estates of any of my above named children who may be
under the age of twenty-one years at the time of my death,
and as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
