I,Lorena Mae Anthony,of Eighty~Four R.D.No.1,
Washington County,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound minQ
and disposing memory,and not acting under any restraint or the
influence of any person or persons whomsoever,do hereby make,
declare and publish this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all former wills and codicils to
wills by me at any time made.
ITEM I
I hereby nominate and appoint my husband,Don V.Anthony
of Eighty-Four R.D.No.1,Washington County,State of
Pennsylvania,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,if
he survive me and if not then I nominate and appoint,Ronald
D.Anthony,my son,as EXecutor of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment,and I hereby expressly direct and give to my said
Executor full right,power and authority:
1.Ta first pay from my estate all of my just debts,
the expenses of my last sickness and burial,all
costs of administration,all inheritanoe and
estate taxes imposed by reason of my death,and
all inheritance and transrer taxes imposed
against my estate and the beneficiaries,and I
hereby expressly authorize my said Executor to
waive,on behalf of my estate,all right to
recover any part of such tax or taxes so paid on
account of the transfer or receipt of benefits
not effected or aocruing by virtue of the pro-
visions of this will from the recipients of such
non-testamentary benefits,inclUding without
limitation,the benefits of insuranoe on my life,
and suoh persons as may take by right of survivor-
ship.
2.To collect,settle,compound,compromise,dis-
oharge and pay any claim in favor of or against
my estate,amd to take and give full reoeipt,
release and aoquittance therefor.

3.Without appraisal,the giving of notice,
or securing order of court,or compliance
with the provisions of any statute,to
sell,at its fair and reasonable value,and
to encumber,any property,real,personal,
tangible or intangible,for such price,in
such amount,and upon such terms as,in the
sole judgment of the Executor of my estate
shall appear to be the most advantageous to
the efficient administration,management,
preservation,distribution and settlement of
my estate,and direct the execution and
delivery of all such needed and convenient
instruments of conveyance and encumbrance
as may be required to convey good title and
create valid liens,and to accomplish the
object or objects of the acts undertaken by
said Executor.
4.To make distribution to beneficiaries in cash
or in kind,or both,converting property in
kind into cash if desired.
5.To comply with and carry out the provisions
of any agreement which I may have entered
into and which remains in effect,and to
forthwith payoff any notes,secured or un-
secured,or any other obligation by which I
am obligated.
No person dealing with said Executor,or with the property,
shall have the right to question the authority and power of
said Executor to execute and deliver such instruments,nor be
privileged to inquire into the disposition of the proceeds
derived therefrom or the object of my Executor in so dis-
posing or otherwise dealing with said property.Said Executor,
however,shall faithfully account for all property and proceeds
coming into his possession.
ITEM II
All the rest,residue and remainder of my property,both
real and personal,or mixed,and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband,Don V.Anthony,
to be his absolutely,if he shall survive me.
ITEM III
If my said husband,Don V.Anthony,shall predecease me,
or if both of us should die as a result of a common disaster

within ten days of each other,then I give,devise and
bequeath unto my beloved son,Ronald D.Anthony,all the
rest,residue and remainder of my property both real and
personal,or mixed and wherever situate,to be his absolutely.
ITEM IV
In the event neither my husband,nor my beloved son,
Ronald D.Anthony,sarvive me,theh it is my will and I
give,devise and bequeath to my daughter-in-law,Mary Jane
Anthony,all the rest,residue and remainder of my property,
real or mixed,wherever the same may be situate.
ITEM V
I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter-in-
law,Mary Jane Anthony,all of my diamond rings and such
other jewelry as I may own at the time of my death.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name
this fifth day of July,1960 at the City of South Bend,in
the County of St.Joseph and in the state of Indiana.
On this fifth day of July,1960 the above named Testatrix,
Lorena Mae Anthony,in our presence signed,acknOWledged and
declared the foregoing instrument in typewriting on three (3)
pages,inclusive of this page,to be her last Will and
Testament,and we,thereupon at her request,and in her
presence and in the presence of each other,have hereunto
attesting witnesses.
