LAST WILL &TESTAMENT

JOSEPH GOZZI
I,JOSEPH GOZZI,a resident of Smith Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memor~
hereby revoke all wills and codicils as well as all instruments of
a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in
manner and form as follows:

I direct that all my just debts,funeral
bills and testamentary expenses shall be
paid by my Executrix hereinafter named,
as soon as conveniently may be following

I hereby give,devise and bequeath all
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,
of whatever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may own,or may have the
right to dispose of at the time of my
death,to my niece Inez Holan,who is
presently making her home with me in
Slovan,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
with the proviso,however,that she
honor the agreement into which I have
entered into for the sale of certain of
my property in Slovan,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,to one Floyd Thomas.
I hereby nominate and appoint my niece,
Inez Holan,to be the Executrix of this,
my Last Will and Testament.
