LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JESSIE K.FENTON,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully
paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:Provided my husband,GEORGE FENTON,be living sixty
days after my death,I devise,bequeath and appoint all my property,both real
and personal,of whatsoever nature,to which I may be legally or equitably en-
titled,or over which I now have or hereafter shall have a power of appointmen ,
to my husband,GEORGE FENTON,his heirs and assigns,in fee simple,forev r.
THIRD:If my husband,GEORGE FENTON,be not living sixty days
after my death,then and in that event I devise,bequeath and appoint such prop
erty,in fee simple,to my son,KENNETH O.FITTON,of Allison Park,Penn
sylvania,and to my husband's son,GEORGE V.FENTON,of Long Beach,Cal-
fornia,in equal proportions,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my husband,
GEORGE FENTON,to be my executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,JESSIE K.FENTON,the Testatrix above--named,have hereunto subscribed my hand and affixed my seal,the /-S day
of June,in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-One.
