ARTICLE SIX If any benefi~iary under this will is a minor,the property to which such minor would otherwise have been entitled shall be held by the trustee named in Article Eight hereof in trust to hold,manage,invest and reinvest the same,to collect the income thereof and to distribute to the guardian of the person of such minor,or apply directly,so much of the net income and,if the net income is insufficient,so much of the principal of the property so held in trust for such minor as the trustee in its absolute discretion may deem necessary or advisable for the support,education and welfare of such minor.The trustee shall accumulate any surplus net income and add the same to the princi- pal of the trust.When such minor reaches the age of twenty-one (21)years,the trust hereEy created shall terminate and the trustee shall distribute to such beneficiary the principal of such share and any accumulated income thereon. ARTICLE SEVEN During the continuance of any of the trusts created -2- ·r under the provisions of this will,the principal sums thus held in trust for the beneficiaries,respectively,and the income thereof shall not be subject to or liable for any contracts,debts,en- gagements,liabilities or torts of such beneficiaries or any of them now or hereafter made,contracted,incurred or committed,but shall be absolutely free from the same,and the said beneficiaries shall have no power to sell,assign or encumber all or any part of such principal sums or their interests therein,respectively,or the income thereof,or to anticipate the said income. ARTICLE EIGHT I appoint THE UNION NATIONAL BANK OF PITTSBURGH,Pitts- burgh Pennsylvania as trustee of all trusts created under this will.The trustee named herein shall not be required to give bond or other security. The trustee shall have the following rights and powers in addition to and without limiting the usual rights and powers of trustees: 1.The trustee is expressly authorized to retain any property transferred to it hereunder,without liability for loss resulting from such retention.Any portion of such prop- erty,including any income thereon,in the possession of the trustee from time to time which in the opinion of the trustee should be invested may be invested and reinvested by it,and it shall not be required to invest in securities which are legal investments for trustees Eut may invest in any investments,in- cluding common stocks and loans,which in its judgment may be advisable. 2.The trustee shall have the right to manage, improve,sell,assign,transfer,lease,mortgage,pledge and -3- ~------------------~.~~-~- r otherwise dispose of any property held by it and to exercise, personally or by proxy or attorney,any and all rights and priv- ileges with respect thereto,and it may borrow money upon the security of such property or otherwis'e. 3.The trustee may compromise,adjust or submit to arbitration any claims of or against the trust property. 4.The trustee may employ such agents or attorneys as it deems advisable to assist in carrying out the purposes of the trusts. 5.The trustee may join or dissent from and oppose the reorganization,recapitalization,consolidation, merger,liquidation or sale of properties of corporations the securities of which are held by it and may deposit such securities in any voting trusts or any protective or like committee or with a trustee or with a depositary. 6.In any case in which the trustee is required to divide any portion of the trust property into parts or shares or to allocate or distribute the same,it is authorized in its discretion to make division,allocation or distribution in kind or partly in kind and partly in money. 7.The trustee may transfer of record certificates of all shares of stock or other securities which from time to time may be held bY,it hereunder into the name of the trustee astrus- tee hereunder or into the name of its nominee,but to be held by it as trustee hereunder.__ ARTICLE NINE I appoint THE UNION NATIONAL BANK OF PITTSBURGH,pitts- burgh,Pennsylvania,as executor of this will.The executor -4- ..'. .~ shall not be required to give bond or other security.
