LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WANDA I.FAUST,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills
at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give and bequeath to GERALDINE F.ALEXIN
all of my household goods and furnishings,to be distributed
among my friends and relatives according to a memorandum which
I will leave with this will.
SECOND:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,
to convert my estate,both real and personal,and including the
proceeds from a paid up life insurance policy with the Equitable-Life Assurance Society of the United States,into cash and after
the payment of my debts and funeral expenses,I give,devise
and bequeath the same as follows:
(a)Four per cent (4%)thereof to each of the
following four (4)persons:
1.DAVID WHEELER of Washington,Pennsylvania,
in trust,for his son,David L.Wheeler,
until he reaches his majority.
2.DAVID WHEELER,of Washington,Pennsylvania,
in trust,for his daughter,Susan Wheeler,
until she reaches her majority.
3.~RY E.LUSHEN,a friend,of R.D.1,
Venetia,Pennsylvania.
4·PETERS CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH of Library,Pa.

(b)Eight per cent (8%)thereof to each of the
following three (3)persons:
1.LOUISE G.FLACK,my sister-in-law,of
East Liverpool,Ohio.
2.B~RNARD VODILA,a friend,of est
Mifflin,Pennsylvania.
3.THZLMA VODILA,a friend,of West Mifflin,
Pennsylvania,or to the survivor of them.
(c)The remaining sixty per cent (60~)thereof
to my husband's niece,GERALDINE F.ALEXIN,and FRANCIS M.ALEXIN
her husband,or to the survivor of them.
THIRD:In the event of the death of any of the
foregoing legatees before my death,with the exception of Bernard
Vodila and Thelma Vodila,his wife,I give,devise and bequeath
that legatee's share of my estate under this will to the said
GERALDINE F.ALEXIN and FRANCIS M.ALEXIN,her husband,or to
the survivor of them.
I appoint the said GERALDINE F.ALEXIN as ~ecutrix
of this will,to serve without bond.
