I,JEFF FRANKLIN,of 111 First Street,Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last ill and Test-
ament,thereby revoking and making null and void any and all ills
and Testaments or Writings,in the nature thereof,by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expens-
es be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate to
my children:Edith Mae Franklin and Ruth Franklin,share and share
alike.
THIRD:In the event both of my children predecease me,I
give,bequeath and devise my estate to James A.Wilson.
FOURTH:I name,constitute and appoint James A.Wilson to
be the executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 7th day of November,A.D.1960.
