LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
Of
JONAS COTTERREL.
I,Jonas cotterrel,of East Finley Township,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,make this my last will and testament,revoking
all former wills.
1.Out of so much of my personal estate of any and every
kind whatever as may remain after paying debts,fUneral and admin-
i'stratton expenses,and not from any other source,I bequeath two
thousand ($2,000.00)dollars to James H.Noble (hereinafter appointed
exeoutor)and hi s successors upon the trust of paying over the in-
come thereof as it accrues to the Presbyterian Church of Jefferson,
Greene county,Pennsylvania,by :1.ts proper corporate name,if any,
and its successors forever,for the maintenance of public worship
by applying the said income to the salary of the ministers of the said
church.The trustee may continue any investment of mine or change
them from time to time,preferring mortgages on real estate or cer-
tificates of deposit and savings accotmts.
If for any reason the said residue of my personal estate
should not amount to two thousand ($2,000.00)dOllars I nevertheless
bequeath the said residue whatever it may be,not exceeding said sum,
to the said trustee and his successors upon the trusts and conditions
above set forth.
The said legacy shall be entered upon the records of the
said church and known as the Jonas and Annie E.Cotterrell Fund.
If for any reason the above legacy should be void or not take ef-
~ect,the personal estate so bequeathed shall become a part of my
residuary estate and go to Mary F.cotterrel as provided below.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
real and personal,wherever situate,I devise and bequeath to Mary
F.cotterrel,widOW of my son William cotterrel,her heirs and
