LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JOHN H.ADAMS
I,JOHN H.A~AMS,of Cecil,Cecil Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare the
following as and for my last will and testament,hereby re~
voking all testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore
made.
I direct the payment of the expenses of my illness and
funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my de-
cease.
I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether
real,personal,and/or mixed,to my wife,Barbara Ann Adams.
Should my wife,Barbara Ann A dams,not be living at the
time of my death,or should my wife and I perish in a common
disaster,regardless of the exact time of our respective deaths,
then I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether
real,personal,and/or mixed,to my children,namely:Marcella
poz~i,one-sixth;Betty Zirwas,one~sixth;John Adams,one-sixth,
Jean Adams,one-sixth;Joan Totterdale,one-sixth;and
Barbar~Ann Adams,one-sixth.S~ould 'any of my said children
not be living at the time of my death,then I give,devise
and bequeath the share of such child to his or her issue.
I authorize and empower my executrix hereinafter named,
for the payment of debts or for any purpose of administration
or distribution,to sell all or any of my real estate,at
public or private sale,for such prices and upon such terms
as to cash and credit as she may deem best,and to execute

deeds of conveyance thereof,without liability on the part
of the purchaser to see to the application of the purchase
moneys.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Barbara
Ann Adams,executrix of this my last will and testament,to
serve without being required to give bond in any jurisdiction
in which she may be required to act.Should my said
wife predecease me,then I nominate,constitute and appoint
my al'aughter,Marcella POZ2I!i,executrix of this my last
will and testament,to serve without being required to
give bond in any jurisdiction in which she may be required
to act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this ~day of September,1964.
