LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Josep Gales,of Allenport,Washington County,pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and understanding,do hereby make this,my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any former will by me
made,and direct:
First:That my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as
soon as convenient after my death.-
Second:I give,bequeath,and demise all my property,both real
and personal,monies,and insurance,equally betweJn my seven
children,named as follows:

Grace Delilah Robb,stockdale,Pat
Hila Farquhar,Baden,Pat
Josephine Eckhert,Allenport,Pat

Third:I direct that,in case of the death of any of the above
named beneficiaries,said decedent's share of my estate shall be
paid to any surviving children,in equal shares,and,in case of
the death of an of the above named beneficiaries leaving no issue,
said decedent's share shall be paid to the surviving spouse.
I hereby constitute and appoint Howard Logan,Elco,Pa.,and
Charles Eckhert,Allenport,pa.,to be the administrators of
this my last Will and Testament;to act without bond.
