And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real, personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and bequeath as follows: FIRST:I direct that all the expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid as soon as possible follmJing my decease. SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,ANGELINE FERRARA. THIRD:In the event the said ANGELINE FERRARA predecease me or die simultaneously as a result of a common disaster or die within a period of thirty (30)days following the date of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate unto my two beloved sons,ARMAND FERRARA,JR. and PETER FERRARA,to have and to hold the same unto them,thei.r heirs and assigns forever.in equal one-half shares. FOURTH:Should the said ARMAND FERRARA,JR.not have attained the age of twenty-one (21)years at the time for dis- tribution to him,I nominate,constitute and appoint PETER FERRARA, or the survivor thereof,Fiduciary Guardian of said minor's share. Such Fiduciary Guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's education,support I and welfare without regard to his or her parents ability or any person taking care of said minor;to provide for such education, support or welfare and to make payment for these purposes without further responsibility to the minor or to any person taking care of said minor. FIFTH:I hereby direct that the custody of such minor child be given to PETER FERRARA or the survivor thereof, directing him to raise,love and nurture said child as his very own.
