I,HARRY C.ANDREW,of North Franklin Township,WaShington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,
publish,and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I direct that my remains be buried on my lot in the
Prosperity,Penna.,Cemetery,in a grave beside that of my first wife,
Mollie Andrew.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal or
mixed and wherever situate I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
and two grandchildren,in the following proportions:
(a)To my daughter,Geneva Hamilton,one-half (1/2)
of my residuary estate.
(b)To my granddaughter,Loretta Scott,one-fourth (1/4)
of my residuary estate.
(c)To my grandson,Gary Hamilton,one-fourth (1/4)
of my residuary estate.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Geneva Hamilton,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ~~
day of April,1974,A.D.

as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,who,at
his request,and in his presence and in the presence of each other,hav
