FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my just debts,funeral expenses,costs of aQministering my estate and all estate,succession and transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after y decease. SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real,personal and mixed,I ive,devise and bequeath to y beloved ~dfe,Helen Anna Ankley;conditioned,however,that in the event of her death in my lifetime,or in the event of her death within the period of thirty days after my death,the said revise and bequest of residue shall lapse or be divested,and in either event,I thereupon make the bequests and devises more particularly set forth in the para raphs numbered "THIRD","FOURTH","FIFTH"and "sr TH" hereinbelow.I declare it to be my intention that should my said wife be living t the expiration of thirty days from the date of y death the estate hereby devised and bequeathed to her shall vest in her absolutely and in fee simple,free of all conditions.I authorize my personal representatives to payout of the income or principal of y estate reasonable amounts for the support and maintenance of my said wife and as well the reasonable expense of her funeral and grave stone,should she die within said period of thirty days. THI_D:In the event the devise and be uest made unto my beloved wife in Paragraph numbered "S~CO D"above lapse or be ivested by the provisions of said para raph,I ive,devise and becueath unto my daughter,Helen Margaret Ruffennach,in fee simple all real estate situate in Mount Pleasant Township,Washin ton County,Pennsylvania,of which I die seized,Subject to,and charged with,t1e payment of one-third of the appraised value thereof to my son,George W.Ankley,and Subject to,and charged with the payment of one-third of the appraised value thereof to my son, Robert E.Ankley.The value of Gaid real estate shall be appraised as of the ate of my death and the appraisal shall be made not later than three months after the date of my death.The appraiser shall be selected by my personal representative or personal representatives;but if any of my three children shall object to the identit of the appraiser so selected,the selection of such appraiser shall be made by the Presiding Judge of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of \vashington County, Pennsylvania.My said aughter,Helen Margaret Ruffennach,shall pay unto my said sons,Georoe U.Ankley and Robert E.Ankley,their respective one-third shares of the appraised value of said real estate on a date which is nine ~onths after the date of my death or one month after the date of the A judication and Decree and Sche ule of Distribution m~de pursuant to the Final Account of m personal representatives,1vhichever date later occurs.
