WILL OF WILLIAM R.FRYE
I,William R.Frye,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,having full legal capacity in the premises,
I
do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore
I made,in manner and form as follows:
l.I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay
I all my just debts,funeral expenses,and the costs of the adminis
tration of my estate as soon after my decease as may be proper
and expedient.
2.I will and bequeath to my son,Hunter H.Frye,
D.D.S.,my antique Seth Thomas Clock and my smoking stand.
3.I will and bequeath the sum of One Hundred
($100.00)Dollars to each of my four grandchildren,viz:John D.
Demeter,Richard W.Demeter,David Jacobs and Patricia Jacobs.
II 4.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may
die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my decease,and remaining after the payment of the severalj
items set forth in the preceding paragraphs hereof,I will,devise
and bequeath unto my three children,viz:Hunter H.Frye,D.D.S.,
I
Hallie Virginia Jacobs,and Wilda H.Demeter,in fee simple and
I absolutely,and in equal shares to each.
II 5.I hereby appoint my son-in-law,John J.Demeter,
and my son,Hunter H.Frye,or the survivor thereof,to be the
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
r IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,William R.Frye,the Testator,
have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and
~Testament,this first day of June,in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven.
