I,Thomas George Davis,of union Townsh io,~fashingtonCounty
and State of iennsylvania,being of sound mind and memorY,do make,
pUblish and declare,this to be my last \TILL And Testiment in ~
manner and form following,any will or will~heretofore marle by rne,-
First.I direct all my debts and funeral iexoenses be full~'JIl'
paid and satisfed,as soon as conveniently mAy be,afterMy
decease.

Mrs Mary Naomi Simmons,i bequeth my interst in the farm locAted
in Unmon Township ¥ashington County,Pennsylvania,share and share
alike,and all real or personal property which I may own at the
time of my death.
THIRD:In the event of the death of Any of my daughter~,
MRS,OLIVE B.HERRON~MRS JOSEPHINE H.McNARY,MRS 1~RY NAOMI
SIMMONS,or my son THOMAS G.DAVIS JR.,without any child or
children,then in that e~vent,his her,or their share shall
be divided equally among my surviving children or to the
children off any deceased children living at the time of my death.
FOURTH~I hereby constitute and appoint,MRS,OLIVE B.
HERRON and THOMAS G.DAVIS JR.,as EXECUTORS of this my last
will andd testament.in the event of the death ~f either of the
above mentioned EXECUTORS,the~~the next oldest child shall then
take the place of the deceased ~XECUTOR.
