I,WILLIAM E.L.AYRES an adult resident of Mount
Pleasant Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and dis-
posing mind and memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils as well as all
instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made byr~ne,and do hereby
make,publish,and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner
and form as follows:

I direct that all my just debts,funeral bills and
testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Execu-
tDr hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may
be following my death.
All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature or
wheresoever situate which I may own or may have
the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I
hereby give,devise,and bequeath to my dear wife,
Helen.
If,however,at the time of my death my wife,
Helen,has predeceased me,or in the event that
we should meet our death as the result of a commor
occurrence,then I hereby give,devise,and be-
queath my entire estate abovementioned to all of
my children,in equal shares,share and
share alike in a per stirpes manner.
FOURTH·I hereby nominate and appoint my wife,Helen
to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and
Testament.If,however,my wife,Helen,
has predeceased me,then I hereby nominate
and appoint my son,Alfred to be the Execu-
tor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have this tl/t day of April,
1973,A.D.signed,sealed,published,and declared this instrument as and
