And as to all of my estate,real,personal or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath as follows,to wit:- FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral. SECOND:I give and devise premises located at the corner of Spring Street and Locust Alley,in the Borough of Coal Center,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and being lot No.5 in plan laid out by John R.Powell and upon which there is erected a two-story frame house,together with any fire and liability insurance policies thereon unto my Wife,AUGUSTA POCKY FERRETTI, in trust nevertheless to hold,use,rent,occupy and collect the income therefrom and after paying all expenses incident to the management of said trust,including the maintenance and repairs thereof,payment of fire and liability insurance premiums, taxes,etc.,to pay over the net income therefrom to the said AUGUSTA POCKY FERRETTI,for her individual use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life,or for so long as she remains my Widow.The said AUGUSTA POCKY FERRETTI shall not be required to enter security,and shall not be an insurer of the trust estate and shall be liable to the persons interested only for such care,prudence and diligence in the execution of said trust as other trustees are required to exercise.Nor shall she be required to file any account of her trusteeship in any Court f~;;?J-V vUe Vincent Ferretti ·.
