I,DONALD M.ANDRENS,of South Franklin Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST":I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,James William
Andrews,all my right,title and interest in the home farm where I
now live,containing approximately 156 acres,being situate in South
Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,as well as all
of the livestock,machinery,farm equiptment,growing crops,hay and
feed growing thereon,(but not including machinery or farm equiptment
which I may have on the place for sale or trading purposes).
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Alice .Tane
Andrews,all my right,title and interest in that farm situate also
in South Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,(known
as the Holmes Andrews farm),near Van Buren,Pennsylvania,as well
as all my right,title and interest in the frame house and approxi-
mately 2 acres of ground situate in Van Buren,Pennsylvania,and ad-
joining the aforementioned farm,and known as the Pipes House.
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal
or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
two children,Alice .Tane Andrews and .Tames William Andrews,share
share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,consitute and appoint,my brothe
in-law,Forrest W•.Tohn,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
