I,Alexander Burns Donaldson,
of the Township of Robinson ,County of Washington,
and State of pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revok-
ing any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as
conveniently may be,after my decease.

Second.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property of what-
soever nature and wherever situate,as follows:
One-thIrd to my wife,Louise B.Donaldson
The remaining two-thirds to be divided between my three children:
Marjorie Louise Donaldson,Alexander Bailey Donaldson,and Jane Ann
Donaldson,share and share alike.
Third.~:If one or more of the recipients of the legacies specified
in paragraph two above",are under the age of twenty-one years at the
time of distribution of their respective legacies,then such legacy
or legacies shall be paid to their mother,with uncontrolled discretion
in the mother to use the same as she may deem adTisable for the benefit
of such minor and to turn over any balance to the minor when he or ~he
reaches twenty one years of age,without liability to make any account-
ing in court or otherwise in respect to the distribution or expenditure
of such legaoy or legaoies,or to furnish any bond or seourity in
thereto.
