LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT-----
I,MARY M.ANTILL,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking in full all wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay
my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath unto my husband,
Paul Edward Antill,all the rest,residue,and remainder of my
property,real,personal,and mixed,of whatsoever nature or kind,
and wheresoever situate,of which I shall die seized and possessed
or of which I shall be entitled to dispose at my decease.
THIRD:In the event that my husband,Paul Edward Antill,
shall die during my lifetime,or shall die simaltaneously with me,
I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue,and remainder
of my estate,aforesaid,in equal shares,to my two children,
namely,my son,George R.Nelson,and my daughter,Ruth Conner.
In the event that either,or both,of my said children shall pre-
decease me,then his or her share in my estate shall be distribute
equally among his or her children.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my sister-in-
law,Mary Hansen,of 630 Addison Street,Washington,Pennsylvania,
to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said MARY M.ANTILL,have to
this my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal this I'~
day of January,One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-four (1964).

the testatrix above named,as and for her Last Will and Testament,
