I,MARY DALEY,widow,of the Borough of ~anonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my ]
Last HII and Testament,hereby r,,~voking and making void all former
iWills by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I order and direct that all of rr.y estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,
1hich I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my•
death,be converted into money as soon as the same can convenieutly
be done after my decease;and for that purpose,I ao hereby direct
y Executor,hereinafter named,~ld his successor,if one there be,
to sell and dispose of all my said property,including arq and all
real estate which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my death,either by public or private sale,or sales,for
for the best price or prices that can be gotten for the same,and b'
proper deed or deeds,conveyances or assurances in the law,to be
dUly executed,acknowledged,and perfected,to grant,convey,and
assure the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee sirnpl •
And when the whole of my said estate (or as far as it may be possib e
to do so)shall be converted into money as aforesaid,then I will
and direct that the same shall be distributed as follows,to-wit:
(a).I direct that all my just deb-cs and funeral ex-

(b).I bequeath to each of my following named chlldreu,I
the sum of Two Hundred ($200.OU)Dollars;Anna Daley Binder,I'lary
aley SWihart,Margaret Daley Enlow.
(c).I bequeath to my daughter,Alice Daley,the sum
of One hundred ($100.00)Dollars.

I have purposely made no provision,in this my Last Will
a.nd Testament,for other of my children not named herein,for the
reasoH that they have beeu adequately provided for by me in my
.lifetime.
SECOND:I direct my Executor to pay all Inl:1eritaHce,
state,Succession and Legacy Taxes to which my estate or the tran -, I
~er of any property hereunder,may be subject and to charge such
axes as part of the expense of administration.
And I do nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
illiam Daley,Executor of this,my Last \~ill and Testament.
