LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HELEN BAKER FORGIE,of the Borough of East ~{ashington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any
will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I hereby waive my right to exercise the power
of appointment of the principal and accrued or undistributive
income of a Trust Estate created by the Last Will and Testament
of my husband,William L.Forgie,said Will being dated the 27th
day of June,1963.
SECOND:I give qnd bequeath to my sister,JANE B.HARE,
and to her husband,FREDERICK A.HARE,of Toronto,Canada,the
sum of Ten Thousand and nO/IOO Dollars ($10,000.00),free and
clear of all estate,inheritance,and succession taxes.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,to my two
children,JAMES ILLI FORGIE and HELEN F.DODGE,in equal share
I appoint my husband,WILLIAM L.FORGIE,as executor of
this will.
