and all my household furniture,ready money,securities jor money,
money secured by life insurance"goods and chattels,and all other
parts oj my real and personal estate and ejfects whatsoever and
wheresoever,unto my children,Mrs.Viole,Farbee and Samuel G.
eourtwright,their heil"s,administrators and assigns,in proport-
ion,two-jijths (2/5)to Viola Farbee and three-fijths (3/5)to
Samuel G.Courtwright,to and for thei r absolute use and benejit,
